3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

You acknowledge and agree that:

We do not guarantee approval of any VA claim, disability rating, benefit determination, or administrative outcome

We do not guarantee medical improvement or therapeutic results

Government agencies, insurers, or other third parties make decisions independently of us

Payment for services compensates professional time, expertise, and documentation — not a guaranteed result.

Past outcomes do not guarantee future outcomes.
